Global Leadership School (GLS) is a Christian school of distinction serving the community of Busia, Uganda. Founded and operated by 7 Billion Reasons, the mission of GLS is to distinctly equip students to think critically, creatively, and biblically through exceptional training in academics, technology, and leadership.

Through Pastor and Church Leader Training

Within the radius that stretches from eastern Uganda to western Kenya, there are hundreds of village pastors and other church leaders who serve congregations of 20 - 1,000+ people. Very few have had educational opportunities beyond high school. Many don’t even own a bible. 7BR has been given opportunities to help in three significant ways.

Through Community Outreach

7 Billion Reasons serves the community of Busia through various forms of outreach. Our outreach efforts are focused on building relationships through community events and by providing direct relief to those in dire need. In all that we do, we strive to share the love, joy, and hope that can only be found in Jesus Christ.
