NTCGS Diploma Program
The Problem
“A year ago, I didn’t know the meaning of the word ‘eisegesis’, but I was very good at it. After a year of discipleship training with the 7BR people, I no longer make the Bible say what I want it to say, I just let it speak. I am now a slave to the text.”
~ Pastor Samuel ~
Question from a Busia pastor leading a large congregation:
“When Jesus got baptized, is that when he got saved?”
Answer from 7BR discipleship teacher:
“No, Jesus never sinned, so he had no need to get saved. And, baptism doesn’t save anyone, it is a public declaration of the decision made to become a Christ-follower.”
From a sermon preached in Busia:
“Genesis says ‘Be fruitful and multiply.’ How many children do you have? Not many? Then you are sinning, which is why you are not prospering.”
These three men, and many other church leaders in and around Busia, Uganda, have asked for deeper discipleship so they can lead their congregations well. They want to handle the word of truth accurately, but they have yet to be fully equipped to do so.
The Solution
National Theological College and Graduate School, providing a world-class education, has developed a diploma program that will meet the needs of church leaders who lack the finances and academic prerequisites to enroll in a formal graduate program.
The Expected Outcome
Students will be able to earn a Bible diploma in two years, equipping them with competence in Hermeneutics, Old Testament Survey, New Testament Survey, Systematic Theology, etc.
The NTCGS diploma program will be offered at a very low cost, and only require a clear statement of faith to enroll. Classes will be held on the campus of Global Leadership School for one week, three times per year. Professors will travel from all over the world to come teach their area of expertise.
The Need
It will cost NTCGS and 7BR a combined $100/module/student. The students will pay $10/module, which includes textbooks and food. Future students may also require lodging. Will you please donate to the “NTCGS diploma program fund” to help African church leaders obtain the education needed to shepherd their congregations well?
